How do I order?

Payment

Just follow the easy steps to make your payment at checkout. After your payment is confirmed, you can track your order via your account on our website.
Only individuals aged 19 and above residing in Canada are authorized to order products from our website. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Joining us is hassle-free and without cost. Simply confirm you are 19 or older and a resident of Canada to sign up for free!
Yes! We are open 364 days a year. We are closed Christmas Day. but otherwise we are OPEN year round.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and according to the cannabis laws set by our Chief and Council, anyone under the age of 19 is not permitted to enter.

Payments & Fees

Essential information regarding accepted payment methods and associated fees for your transactions.
What payment methods do you accept?
On our website, we accept all major credit cards. In store, we only accept cash (we have an ATM in the store). Please adhere to the provided checkout instructions.
Purchases of consumable items are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Should your package go missing in transit, we will resend the product.

Shipping / Canada Post

Detailed information on shipping timelines and policies regarding late deliveries and package tracking, and comprehensive guidance to assist with your delivery expectations.
Do you offer local shipping?
Yes! If your address falls within the deliverability area and you order before 2PM, your order will be included in our local deliveries for the day. Check to see if your address is within the deliverability area.
Yes! If you spend $200 or more on your order and you reside within the deliverability area, you will be eligible for FREE local delivery! Just choose "FREE Shipping" as your delivery method at checkout. Check to see if your address is within the deliverability area.
Delivery times across Canada vary. We dispatch all items through Canada Post.
We do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
