Payments
Online orders accept all major credit cards. In-store, we accept cash only (ATM available on site).
Consumable purchases are final sale — we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your package is missing, we'll reship it.
Shipping
Yes — same-day delivery within our service area for orders placed before 2 PM.
Spend $200 or more and reside within our delivery area to qualify for free local delivery.
Yes, tracking is available on request. Contact website@creatorschoice.ca if your tracking is not updating.
No — we ship within Canada only.
