Start Low, Go Slow
If you are new to cannabis or trying a new product, start with a small amount and give your body time to respond before consuming more. This advice is especially important for edibles — effects can take 90 to 120 minutes to be felt after ingestion, and taking more too soon is a common cause of overconsumption. The method of consumption (smoking, vaping, edibles, sublingual) significantly affects onset time, duration, and intensity. Understand the product you are using before you consume it.

Don't Drive High
Cannabis impairs your reaction time, coordination, and judgement. Driving or operating machinery while under the influence of cannabis is illegal and dangerous. This is a zero-tolerance rule for our delivery drivers as well. If you plan to use cannabis, arrange an alternative way to get around. Taxis, ride shares, and public transit are safer choices for you and everyone on the road.
Storage & Safety
Always store cannabis products in a secure location that is out of reach of children and pets. Cannabis products should be kept in their original, child-resistant packaging whenever possible. Store in a cool, dark place away from heat and direct sunlight to preserve potency and freshness. Original packaging contains important dosage and safety information — keep it until the product is fully consumed.
Know Your Limits
Signs of overconsumption include a rapid heartbeat, dizziness, anxiety, paranoia, or nausea. If you or someone you know experiences these symptoms, move to a calm, quiet environment, drink water, and remember that the effects are temporary and will pass. Try to stay relaxed and focused on slow, steady breathing.
